Business Review

If appropriate, at the start of a project, the TVA direct marketing team will evaluate current marketing, direct marketing or mail order activity. This allows us to provide an in-depth review of the existing marketing strategy and plans; take a fresh look at marketing budgets and results analysis; this is a valuable method of identifying additional revenue and profit opportunities, such as mail order, direct marketing, website and online sales. It is also an effective means of identifying and reducing areas of cost inefficiency.

As part of this process, we would review, if available, the existing customer database(s), and make recommendations based on the strategic direction of the company. If required, we also provide analysis and advice on departmental and organisational structure.

Strategic Planning and Analysis

Based on our business review, we identify benefits and implement opportunities to integrate direct marketing and mail order into the overall marketing mix.

We offer specialist advice on financial planning, 3 to 5 year marketing financial projections, and spreadsheet modelling.

Research

TVA uses and briefs specialist companies to produce market research on a range of topics - from new product development, to product evaluation; from focus groups to online questionnaires; from printed questionnaires to telephone research. Project Management

Very often a company does not have the internal resource available to implement a new direct marketing project. In these cases, we will work on a project management basis, either using the company's own internal resources (eg creative, IT, list and media etc), or evaluating and selecting external suppliers where appropriate. We will then liaise with all appropriate parties to ensure that the campaign is handled efficiently, within budget, and on schedule.
